Two Canadian board game designers have had their games nominated for the South by Southwest (SXSW) Tabletop Game of the Year Award. This is awarded to the tabletop game that exemplifies overall excellence and ingenuity in any genre.

Lanterns: The Harvest Festival exploded on to the market with huge amounts praise and acclaim. Lanterns: The Harvest Festival has already picked up the very prestigious 2015 Mensa Select award and could find itself on the podium at SXSW. In Lanterns, players are preparing for the upcoming lantern festival and competing to become the most honoured artisan of the festival.
